Refund policy

Seneca Park Zoo does not offer refunds for event tickets or programs purchased unless cancelled by the Zoo. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your purchase is unused, your purchase will be considered a donation to the Seneca Park Zoo Society.
